Kresco Refund and Returns Policy

At Kresco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sugar-coated jelly tamarind candy and handmade lollipops. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following  refund and returns policy:

1. Returns:

We accept returns on items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resellable condition (except for damaged or defective products).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed candy and lollipops unless they are defective or damaged.

4. Exchange Policy:

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will be subject to availability.
